We’re looking for a bright, savvy individual who is a self-sufficient Sales Executive/Business Development Manager - someone with a keen eye for detail, great relationship building skills and the ability to uncover, pitch and close growth opportunities with existing clients & pre-qualified new business prospects.
This role will see you be responsible for a number of key accounts, establishing yourself as the “go to” person and industry expert for all things digital commerce. You will be a key member of the commercial team and work closely with the Client Services team to ensure we are delivering the best solutions for our clients and always on the lookout for opportunities to expand our work with each.
Projects are varied, clients and agencies are global. It’s essential that you have a strong attention to detail and are a highly organised multi-tasker, with enthusiasm and willingness to learn new industry knowledge. More than 5 years working experience with a minimum 3 year experience in either a digital account or business development role is expected.

Dotter has achieved significant growth in the past two years, with huge expansion plans for 2023 and beyond. Salary negotiable based on experience, up to 45k basic with an (uncapped) OTE of 75k. You will also be eligible to join the applicable employee share scheme after a qualifying period.
